Completed in 2020, Arte Surfside is an ultra-luxury, oceanfront condominium building located at 8955 Collins Avenue in Surfside, Florida. Developed by Sapir Corp, Arte has just 16 condo residences comprised of three-, four-, five-, and six-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 3,126 to 7,681 interior square feet (see Arte Surfside floor plans). Arte was designed by Italian master architect Antonio Citterio (his first project in the United States) while the building’s landscape design was done by one of the world’s leading landscape architecture firms, Enzo Enea. Rising 12 stories, Arte Surfside offers direct views of the Atlantic Ocean from every apartment in the building. The kitchens at Arte feature Poliform cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances, and Italian marble countertops. Arte condo residences, designed for indoor and outdoor living, have expansive terraces clad in travertine with ipe decking that seamlessly blend into modern, open living areas.
