Completed in 2004, Bentley Bay North is one of two bayfront towers comprising the luxury condominium development called Bentley Bay. The waterfront development was designed by the award-winning architectural firm Arquitectonica, developed by Riccardo Olivieri’s Florida Development Associates, and features common-area spaces designed by Italian designer Armando Albedas. Prior to completion, Florida Development Associates filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, but Bentley Bay was ultimately completed and delivered.
