Brickell Key Two (also known as Brickell Key 2) is the sister project to Brickell Key One. Both towers were developed by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architect. Built in 1991, Brickell Key 2 was the third condominium development completed on the island of Brickell Key. It has 390 condo residences, comprising studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 360 to 1,650 interior square feet. Rising 18 stories, Brickell Key Two is a bayfront condo development offering majestic views of Biscayne Bay.   Brickell Key 2 offers its residents a number of upscale amenities, including a relaxing pool with lush landscaping, a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, a gym, a valet, a concierge, and 24-hour security.
