The Neighborhood

The downside is the same as every Brickell building: traffic on Brickell Avenue can be brutal, especially when the Brickell Bridge goes up (which happens dozens of times daily). The streets around the building can also flood during heavy rain, tropical storms, or king tides. The building itself is fine, but the surrounding streets can turn into temporary rivers.

Directly next to the building. Free to ride and connects to the rest of downtown, Brickell, and the Omni loop.
