Brickell Townhouse is a 22-story, bayfront condominium building located along the southern end of Brickell. Designed by Steward-Skinner Associates and completed in 1963, Brickell Townhouse was originally developed as an apartment building but was later converted to condominiums by Jerry Gross and Larry Mendelson (Brickell Townhouse, Inc.) in 1979. At the time, it was reported that all of the building’s units sold in less than 30 days. Brickell Townhouse has 351 condo residences, comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 800 to 1,703 interior square feet.  The apartments at Brickell Townhouse feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, an in-unit washer and dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and a private balcony with glass railings. The units also boast magnificent views of Biscayne Bay and the Downtown Miami skyline.   Residents of Brickell Townhouse enjoy a number of lavish amenities, including tennis courts, a fully-equipped fitness center, a pool, poolside tiki huts, barbecue grills, two Jacuzzi hot tubs, a clubhouse, a convenience store, and a cafe. By car, Brickell Townhouse is 17 minutes from South Beach and Miami International Airport.
