Counting both interior levels of PH-N, The Caribbean North Tower rises 8 stories, while the South Tower rises 19 stories. The South Tower is capped by two half-floor penthouses (PH3 and PH4), each with a private rooftop terrace and pool. The Caribbean North Tower has 36 condominium residences, while the South Tower has 68, for a total of 104 across both towers.
