The North Tower was originally built in 1941 and designed by famed architect L. Murray Dicon. In 2008, that tower underwent a complete renovation, and a newly developed tower (the South Tower) was completed that same year. Developed by Christa Development Corporation and Bluerock, The Caribbean South Tower was designed by famed architect Kobi Karp with interior design by Christopher Ciccone. Counting both interior levels of PH-N, The Caribbean North Tower rises 8 stories, while the South Tower rises 19 stories. The South Tower is capped by two half-floor penthouses (PH3 and PH4), each with a private rooftop terrace and pool. The Caribbean North Tower has 36 condominium residences, while the South Tower has 68, for a total of 104 across both towers.
