Developed by Bruce Eichner and designed by Fullerton-Diaz Architects, Continuum South Beach was completed in two phases, with the South Tower delivered in 2002. The tower includes 294 condominium and townhouse residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom floor plans, in addition to three penthouses.
