The Rundown

Le Parc at Brickell is a 12-story condominium building located along the southern end of Brickell. Completed in 2016, Le Parc at Brickell was developed by Alta Developers and designed by Luis Revuelta and Archiplan Architects. Le Parc at Brickell has just 128 condo residences, comprising studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, plus townhouses (see Le Parc at Brickell floor plans). The interiors at Le Parc at Brickell were designed by the award-winning, internationally renowned design company Ligne Roset. The Le Parc at Brickell apartments feature 9-foot-high ceilings (10-foot- and 11-foot-high vaulted ceilings in the townhomes), 6-foot-deep private balconies with glass railings, and imported designer tiled flooring.   The residents of Le Parc at Brickell enjoy a number of wonderful amenities, including a pool deck with a swimming pool and outdoor summer kitchen, a fitness center, a kids’ room, a rooftop Jacuzzi, a clubroom, and a business center with a conference room. By car, Le Parc at Brickell is 10 minutes from Coconut Grove, 18 minutes from South Beach, and 22 minutes from Miami International Airport.
