Built in 1968 originally as an apartment development, Mirador 1000 was converted to condominiums in 2005. The tower rises 17 stories offering views of the bay, city, and ocean. Mirador 1000 has 446 condo residences comprised of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 543 to 3,577 interior square feet. The units at Mirador 1000 feature hurricane impact-resistant windows and stacked sliding glass balcony doors. It should be noted, however, the units at Mirador 1000 do NOT include an in-unit washer and dryer. The building has community laundry rooms. Additionally, most units at Mirador 1000 do NOT include assigned parking. Most residents of Mirador 1000 valet park their vehicles.
