Completed in 2021, Monad Terrace was developed by JDS Development Group and designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel. Monad Terrace comprises two all-glass towers at 1300 Monad Terrace. The smaller tower rises 7 stories and is capped by Penthouse A, which occupies floors 6 and 7, along with a private rooftop terrace and pool.
