Ocean Seven is a group of seven oceanfront townhomes located in Surfside, Florida. Completed in 2014, Ocean 7 was developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and designed by architect Schapiro Associates. These “smart homes” are each four stories high with an expansive private rooftop terrace and pool. The seven floor plans at Ocean Seven all contain 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage.
