Completed in 2020, One Park Grove (also known as Park Grove Tower 1) is the first tower of a three-tower, ultra-luxury condominium development called Park Grove. Veteran developers Terra Group and Related Group joined forces with world-renowned architects OMA • Rem Koolhaas and Arquitectonica to develop Park Grove. Meyer Davis Studio Inc. designed the lobby and common areas of One Park Grove, while famed interior designer William Sofield designed the lavish kitchens and baths. Last but not least, the exterior common spaces of One Park Grove are just as beautiful as its interior spaces. Internationally acclaimed landscape architect Enzo Enea added the finishing touches by creating an outdoor oasis with his breathtaking landscape design.
