Porsche Design Tower, completed in 2016, is a 58-story, oceanfront condominium building located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Porsche Design Tower Miami was developed by Dezer Development and designed by the famed architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects. The building has just 132 condo residences, comprising three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 4,252 to 16,915 square feet (see Porsche Design Tower floor plans). Porsche Design Tower is an all-glass skyscraper with a patented elevator system called “The Dezervator,” which allows residents to travel vertically to their condos directly from their vehicles. Traveling at 800 feet per minute, the trip in The Dezervator takes less than 60 seconds. Porsche Design Tower Miami has a total of 284 robotic parking spaces. Note: Porsche Design Tower rises 58 stories. The building is capped by PH1 and PH2, each spanning three interior levels (floors 56, 57, and 58) plus a private rooftop terrace.
