The 24-story tower graces the Sunny Isles Beach skyline and is comprised of 147 luxury condo residences 250 hotel guests suites. The standard floor plans for the Sole on the Ocean condos include options for studio-, one-, and two-bedroom residences ranging in size from 644 to 1,400 interior square feet plus balcony.
