The Rundown

Ten Museum Park is a 48-story luxury condo tower located at 1040 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, Florida. Completed in 2007, Ten Museum Park was developed by Gregg Covin Real Estate Development and designed by Chad Oppenheim. Ten Museum Park has 200 residential units, comprising one- and two-bedroom floor plans and penthouses (see Ten Museum Park floor plans). The loft residences at Ten Museum Park feature high-end kitchen appliances by Sub-Zero and Bosch; 10- or 20-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows; and spacious, open floor plans. The one-bedroom residences at Ten Museum Park include one valet-only parking space, while the two-bedroom residences include two valet-only parking spaces. Each residence also includes one storage cage.
