The Carillon Center Tower is a 16-story, oceanfront condominium building located in Miami Beach. It is one of three towers comprising The Carillon Miami Beach Resort & Spa. Completed in 2008, The Carillon Center Tower was designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica and developed by WSG Development Company. The Center Tower of The Carillon Resort & Spa has 229 residences comprised of one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. 150 of the 230 residences are turnkey hotel suites (located on the first 10 floors of the building). These hotel suites may be placed into The Carillon-operated hotel rental program and can be rented on a daily basis. The remaining 79 residences comprising The Carillon Center Tower are traditional condo residences where owners can live in them full-time or part-time or lease them (provided the lease term is for no less than six months). The apartments at The Carillon Center Tower feature European appliances and cabinetry, a private balcony with glass railings, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The building offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.   The Carillon Center Tower shares fabulous amenities with the other two towers comprising The Carillon Miami Beach Resort & Spa, a 70,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, an on-site restaurant and bar, four pools, a party room with kitchen facilities, and walking and biking paths along the beach. Additionally, The Carillon offers full-service concierge, valet parking, and beachside and poolside food and beverage service.   The Carillon Center Tower condominium is located at 6801 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida.
