The Rundown
The Cosmopolitan South Beach condo development was completed in 2004. The developer, Groupe Pacific, and architect, Maurice Salazar, were the visionaries behind The Cosmopolitan Towers. The high-end interiors were designed by Tessi Garcia and Associates, whose designs can be seen in luxury developments throughout the United States and the Caribbean. The Cosmopolitan is a welcome addition to the popular South of Fifth neighborhood, featuring 221 condo residences and ground-floor retail. The development comprises two towers: Building 1 (South Tower) and Building 2 (North Tower). Building 1 rises 8 stories with 136 condominium residences, while Building 2 rises 6 stories with 85 condominium residences.
