The Estates at Acqualina was developed by GSF Acquisition, LLC, an affiliate of Eddie, Jules, and Stephanie Trump (no relation to President Donald J. Trump). Their development portfolio includes Acqualina and The Mansions at Acqualina, both also located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The lobbies and common areas of The Estates at Acqualina were designed by world-renowned fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld (the Creative Director of Chanel and Fendi). Both towers of The Estates at Acqualina rise 49 stories. The penthouse in the North Tower (N-TS-49) is a full-floor penthouse occupying floor 49, while the South Tower is capped by two duplex penthouses (PH-01 and PH-02) spanning floors 48 and 49. The Estates at Acqualina North Tower was completed in 2023, while the South Tower was completed in 2022.
