Completed in 2001, The Metropolitan was developed by Coscan Homes and designed by world-renowned architecture firm Revuelta Vegas Leon Architects. The Metropolitan has 198 condo residences, comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 770 to 2,065 interior square feet. Although it is not a waterfront building, The Metropolitan Brickell offers fabulous views of the city and the water.
