Turnberry Ocean Club in Sunny Isles Beach was developed by Turnberry Associates. The all-glass tower design of Turnberry Ocean Club was a collaboration between famed architects Carlos Zapata and Robert Swedroe. Turnberry Ocean Club rises 54 stories and has just 154 total units, each with flow-through floor plans offering breathtaking views of the ocean, city, and Intracoastal waterways. Turnberry Ocean Club includes three-, four-, five-, and six-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 3,110 to 10,750 interior square feet (see Turnberry Ocean Club floor plans). The lobby and common areas at Turnberry Ocean Club were designed by Jan Clausen, with the model residences by Steven G. The building has just two to four units per floor and includes six floors of amenities totaling over 70,000 square feet. Turnberry Ocean Club was completed in 2020.
