Two Tequesta Point is a 39-story, waterfront condominium building located at 808 Brickell Key Drive. Completed in 1998, Two Tequesta Point was designed by J. Scott Architect and developed by Swire Properties. Two Tequesta Point has 267 condo residences, comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans (see Two Tequesta Point floor plans). The luxury apartments at Two Tequesta Point feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, spacious balconies, an in-unit washer and dryer, and central air conditioning.
